General Terms, Conditions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between hehehehe and its members. "hehehehe", "we", or "the platform" refers to hehehehe.asia and all related services. "Member" or "you" refers to any individual registered on the platform.

Hehehehe is an international online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and a range of other gaming services. The platform operates within a legitimate regulatory framework.

These Terms and Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of members in Bangladesh. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the original English version shall prevail.

Account Registration & Management

The following requirements must be met to open an account on hehehehe:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
• You must confirm that online betting is not prohibited by law in the country where you reside.

Hehehehe reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. If a member provides false information, hehehehe may close the account at any time and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify support immediately.

Age Verification & KYC Process

Hehehehe enforces strict age verification to protect minors. Members may be asked to provide proof of identity at any time. KYC becomes mandatory in particular before processing withdrawals or when transactions exceed a certain amount.

All documents can be submitted via support chat or email. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Once KYC is approved, it does not need to be repeated.

Deposit Policy

Deposits on hehehehe can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. A minimum deposit of ৳৳200 applies to all methods (minimum ৳৳1,000 for bank transfers). bKash and Nagad deposits are generally instant, while bank transfers may take 1–3 hours.

• Deposits must be made from the member's own payment account – using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide the correct transaction reference when making a deposit. An incorrect reference may result in a delay in crediting your account.
• Hehehehe does not charge any fees on deposits. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.
• Hehehehe reserves the right to place a hold on funds while investigating suspicious deposit activity.

Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to withdrawals from hehehehe:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If you have a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳৳ 300 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳৳ 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳৳ 10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and VIP tier.

Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it, so please double-check all details before confirming.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on hehehehe:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳৳ 50.
• Accumulator bets may contain a maximum of 20 selections.
• Bets may be placed on live markets after a match has started, but may be rejected if the live market is closed at the time of submission.
• In the case of an obvious odds error ("palpable error"), hehehehe reserves the right to void the affected bet.

If a match is abandoned or cannot be completed for any reason, stakes are generally refunded, though specific league or tournament rules may apply.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Hehehehe offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available only once, after your first deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance – it is transferred to your main balance only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• There is a deadline to meet the wagering requirements – typically within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being voided and may lead to account closure.
• Hehehehe reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus offer.
• The referral bonus is activated once the referred friend completes their first deposit.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hehehehe:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illicit funds through the platform.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on matches with pre-determined outcomes, or being involved in such activity.
• Hacking & Fraud: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems.
• Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Use by Minors: Allowing anyone under 18 years of age to use the account.

Account Closure & Suspension

Hehehehe may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide required verification documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Directives from regulatory authorities.
• At the member's own request.

Members who wish to close their account must submit a written request to Support. Any main balance may be withdrawn before closure (subject to wagering requirements being met). If hehehehe closes an account, the member will be informed of the reason and any legitimate balance will be returned.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Hehehehe believes gaming should be a source of fun, not addiction. That is why we provide every member with the following tools to help them play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on your total betting amount within a specified period.
• Cooldown Period: Take a 7-day or 30-day break.
